Morning Star Airpark is a planned residential aviation community located in Southeastern Arizona's beautiful Cochise County, which arguably has the best year-round flying weather in the West. The proposed 448 acre conservation subdivision will have a 60' x 4400' hard surfaced runway and approximately 142 estate sized lots.

In the shadows of the beautiful Dragoon Mountains and the Cochise Stronghold National Monument, only 1.5 miles north of the retirement golfing community of Sunsites, Morning Star Airpark will be a high end southwestern territorial ranch style subdivision. Our plan includes a conservation subdivision with over 50% of the proposed 448 acres being reserved in conservation areas with hiking, biking, and potentially, equestrian trails throughout.
